At Erkron we chose El Grau de Moncofa because it still keeps something other coastal towns have already lost: a human scale, genuine calm, and a beach within walking distance. Belcaire —the river that rises in the Serra d’Espadà and flows into the Mediterranean along this very stretch of coast— struck us as the right name for a project that faces both the water and the mountains at once.
Residencial Belcaire brings together 117 apartments and penthouses with one, two and three bedrooms, ranging from 51 to 248 m², across eight floors, all 100% outward-facing, with a private terrace and an open-plan kitchen, so light reaches every corner of the home.
