Residencial Via Valentia: new-build homes in Puçol

Puçol is a town on a real scale, in the heart of l’Horta Nord: schools, shops, transport, neighbourhood life, with the market gardens that supplied Valencia for centuries still all around — neither a tourist resort that empties out in winter, nor a city that never stops. Via Valentia takes its name from Valentia, Roman Valencia, and from the ancient road that linked it to Saguntum across these very fields: two thousand years later, Puçol is still that same point of connection. It was that idea —a place of passage turned into a place to stay— that made us commit to this project.
Residencial Via Valentia brings together 94 apartments and penthouses with two and three bedrooms, ranging from 64 to 139 m², across four floors, all 100% outward-facing and dual-aspect —onto the street and onto the inner courtyard— with an open-plan kitchen off the living-dining room. Bright rooms with double orientation, so the sun comes in morning and afternoon; in the three-bedroom homes, the main bedroom adds its own dressing room. In the penthouses, the main terrace goes one step further: a private solarium, for that home alone. The homes are arranged around a large central courtyard with a communal pool and green areas. Working a morning in the coworking space, leaving the bike in the bike park instead of carrying it upstairs, some time in the gym or the pool after the office in Valencia: life at Via Valentia also happens in the courtyard.
