At Erkron we work along the Mediterranean coast. Not because it’s the only possible market, but because it’s the one we know: its towns, its demand, how it grows. We prefer to master one territory rather than be present everywhere. We know which areas still have room to grow and which are becoming saturated.
We select few locations, with judgment. Well-connected sites with a life of their own, in areas that improve over time rather than becoming saturated. Before designing a home, we ask ourselves whether we would live in it. We don’t look for the plot that allows the most floors — we look for the one that makes the most sense for whoever is going to live there. We don’t buy land blind: before we commit, we walk the area, talk to the people already living there and look at how it has changed over the past few years. If we’re not sure, we wait.
Each development has its own name and responds to its place. Local materials, careful finishes, spaces designed to age well. Nothing generic, nothing improvised.
We are a small team. That means that from the moment you sign until you receive the keys, you always speak to the same person — not a different department at each stage. No files handed over, no explaining your case twice, no decisions no one remembers making.
Because we have our own construction company, we don’t outsource the build: we choose the materials, we supervise every stage of the works and we answer for it if something doesn’t go to plan. There is no contractor to complain to — we are both the developer and the builder.
Erkron was born from a simple idea: whoever builds your home should be the one developing it. We are the commercial brand of a group that brings together its own development and construction companies, and that means we control every stage of the process — from buying the land to handing over the keys. We do it because in Valencia and Castellón there is more demand for new homes than available supply. We want to be the reference developer in the territory we know, and to help those who live here gain access to quality new-build homes.
